Old buckets were made of thin planks called staves side by side and held together by rings. You could only fill water up to the lowest stave. Find your lowest stave, your one thing and allow the increase to come.
If I could offer individuals, families, staffs and churches a gift I would give them time. It wouldn’t be time to do more but time to decide what you are going to do.
Take I Peter 5:3 at face value. “Be an example for the flock”. With that supposition in mind lets ask ourselves a few questions:
1. Should people under our care treat the local church like we do?
